Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled slot time.
Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the slot time will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows will be treated as late cancellations and are not eligible for refunds.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (like severe weather conditions), the management will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

Advance payments (₹200) are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Technical issues from our end
- Double booking errors in our system
- Facility maintenance emergencies
If a slot shows as available but has actually been booked, we will provide a full refund.

Our team will respond to your request within 24 hours.
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Special Circumstances

In case of rain or adverse weather conditions, we may offer to reschedule your slot to another available time.
For tournament bookings or group events, special cancellation terms may apply.
The management reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and cancellation requests.
